It has very lightweight texture, feels like water on my face and has immediate absorption. I’m in need of niacin products because of my retinol skin care. This one helps with redness and flaking so fast! It smooths and soft my skin instantly. This essence is my fave!
I liked it first, it works ok, but I didn’t like it that much 2 months later. Maybe it’s a bit pricey?!
If you have sensitive oily/combo skin, you have to try this product. It has 5% niacinamide (my chemistry nerdiness is happy) and galactomyces ferment filtrate which is basically a byproduct of fermented sake. It has no fragrance, it’s feels like water and it is very calming and nourishing on the skin. Some people don’t believe in essences but in my opinion at this price you cannot beat it and this one feels like a thin serum/water. It hydrates the skin as the first step in skincare routine and then you can proceed with a moisturizer and it lets the moisturizer sink-in better. I love it and will definitely repurchase.
