DESCRIPTION
- This toner is infused with nutrient-rich mugwort extract and madecassoside to nourish skin and calm redness and irritated skin. The fast-absorbing formula doesn’t leave a sticky finish. Toner also contains betaine and panthenol to hydrate skin and retain moisture for a soft and supple finish.

HOW TO
- After facial cleansing every morning and evening, apply a moderate amount of product over skin and spread gently to the whole face. Pat lightly for better absorption.
